Refund policy

  1. Damaged Goods:
    We offer refunds on damaged goods only.

  2. Timeline:
    You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a refund.

  3. Refund Method:
    We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used to make the purchase, either Paypal or Credit Card.

  4. Shipping Costs:
    We do not require the goods to be sent back, but we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

  5. Refund Amount:
    We will issue a full refund for the price of the damaged goods only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  6. Condition of the Item:
    We don't require a return of the item, but we do require a clear picture of the damaged shipping box as well as a clear picture of how the damage affected the goods inside.

  7. Non-Refundable Items:
    We cannot offer refunds on items that can be damaged due to use or misuse, like card sleeves, cardboard or paper components.
